Description

We are an international IT partner for software engineering & consulting. Our software engineering teams help software-dependent companies through long-term partnerships. With clients’ domain knowledge and our software development expertise, we create reliable products together, while allowing clients to focus on businesses, providing full transparency and optimizing resources.

We operate according to the nearshoring model, which implies long-term complex international projects that require continuous development of relations with clients, as well as partial organizational and cultural integration between our development team and the client's one.

Our client with whom we have been working for many years is a famous software product company in Switzerland with more than 350 software developers that are working on one of the largest Oracle applications in the world in the Fintech industry. Now we are expanding our team in Novi Sad and looking for several PL/SQL Developers with a proven experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Extend, optimize and maintain several components of a large financial software package

  • Implement complex requirements in PL/SQL

  • Design technical concepts and specifications based on business requirements

  • Collaborate in a self-organized international Scrum team

  • Keep software documentation and tests up-to-date

  • Contribute to the life-cycle management of existing solutions

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields

  • More than 5 years of experience in programming

  • Profound solution engineering knowledge ideally with Oracle PL/SQL, or experience with RDBMS (MSSQL T-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

  • Familiarity with continuous integration toolsets is not mandatory, but is an advantage (you will learn from us how to use it)

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-oriented

  • Oriented on long-term cooperation and stability

  • Banking/Financial process knowledge is an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of English is mandatory

  • Good knowledge of German is an advantage

  • Willingness to learn German and work in German
