Burnout is a mental health issue that is becoming more and more common in every workplace. In order to take care of it we need to provide accurate information, as the early signs of burnout, treatment, and most importantly, prevention methods. What is burnout? 

More than just a discomfort with work or having a bad day at the office, burnout is a serious condition in which you are feeling under constant pressure and stress, affecting almost all aspects of your life.

Recrooit’s burnout survey looks at the generally accepted symptoms that could point to a burnout in most individuals. Taking this survey can serve as a tool to get you closer to an answer. Please, ask for help when you need it and be kind to those who also need help.
